Phone Number Report: I finally received a fax shown from 9727777777 and the station ID is PUREFAX with the follow: Excellent Health Insurance at Affordable Rates for a free quote FAX this form to: 214-975-1341 and to delete your fax number please fax 214-975-1341. Finally, I've gone to the donotcall.gov website and complained needlessly, because they've done absolutely nothing to stop the calls. Good luck and it looks like if we send in a DO NOT FAX statement, they'll stop!
