Phone Number Report: A recorded message from "Rachel" is coming in almost monthly and they have a different number each time! We call back to talk with a representative and ask that they stop calling which they say they will and call us with a different number. They begin with, "your credit rating is good but if you want to find out..." This is really getting old seeing that Comcast only allows us ten numbers to input in their so called annoying data.

Phone Number Report: You need to find the headquarters, call them during business hours and in you best voice that conveys the idea you may be both crazy and in their parking lot, calmly tell them it must stop.....this worked for strategic fundraising who does both the republican party and habitat for humanity!

Phone Number Report: Cardholder Services called again. The number that came up on my phone is 503-468-5545. It was a recording instructing me to contact them about lowering my interest rates. Since this is a cell, I wanted my number off the list so they won't waste my minutes. I selected "1" to speak to a rep. She answered and I said, "I'd like my number removed from this list." She replied, (cutting me off) "I'd like a lot of things lady, that don't mean they're gonna happen." And hung up. I am on the Do Not Call List and do not even have a single credit card. This needs to be stopped NOW!

A recorded message started telling me it was urgent that I call LI to lower my rates. Let calls like this play out to use as much of the callers time as possible. I would like the FTC to do their job and take action to shut this scam down.

I have tried pressing #1 as they requested in order †o stop the calls, but whenever I do the person hangs up immediately! This is very annoying to get these calls so many times a day for days on end. I am filing a formal complaint & am asking you to fine them on my behalf. Enough is enough!!! I am also filling out another complaint from the other phone number that they use.
