Phone Number Report: all that I can say is be aware of this caller, he goes by the name of Howard Johnson. He claims to work for a big four firm, and there is a suit that's being filed against you. Don't fall for it! He claims to have you arrested if you don't pay a fine. If you tell me don't have the money today show trust fund by any means necessary any other day, to accept the money in his e-mail.

Phone Number Report: I had a Linda contact me. stated it was from legal and investgation dept and there was a civil case against me. for a payday loan i got online. I never got any payday loan online and i frauded my employer cuz i did it thru my computer from work.

I never had the online loan, and since I could not understand the caller, I decided to call the sheriff's office. Surprise, Surprise, there was no warrant. These people are really bad.

Phone Number Report: SCAM! These guys call our place of business CONSTANTLY!! Say a person has taken out an online loan, it has been deposited to their accts, and they have 24 hrs to pay a huge fee or it goes way up from there. There was NEVER any loan taken out by anyone. WHAT A SCAM and very annoying!!

Phone Number Report: Some person named Michelle called me stating that I owe them money for an unpaid loan. I stated I never took a loan from anyone but they keep calling my job, my home and my cell phone. They told my boss that if I didn't pay I would be put in jail. I work for the New York Dept. of Education and I don't need any negative calls like this from people I don't know, for a loan I never took.
