Phone Number Report: Called me multiple times a day and would hang up after the first ring. Finally caught the call and answered it and he identified himself as an employee from General Electric the manufacturer of my security equipment and he was extremely pushy and fast talking. He said he was calling because he wanted to offer me a new extended warranty on the equipment and switch my service to Security One with lower rates and better response times. I told him I was happy with what we had and to take me off their list. He said he couldn't remove me from their list because we carry a warranty through them. I was alarmed because he had a few (2-3) of his facts wrong; the type of system, our monthly rate and something else that I can't recall. I finally had gotten really angry and just hung up. I hope they stop calling. Seems very suspicious and shady to me.

Phone Number Report: They call multiple times a day. When I answer there is a pause and if I do not make any sounds it hangs up. Otherwise I can here other people making calls in the background and they claim to be "GE the maker of my alarm system". If I threaten them they hang up. Have been getting these calls for months and at least two calls a day. Others have said this is telemarketing for Security One (888-584-5152. Not sure about that but if it is I would not trust them for anything!

Phone Number Report: They say that they are calling to lower my monthly security alarm amount because i am a long time customer, but I come to find out that they are from Security One which is a different alarm company than what I have. I agreed to have them come out, but realized that I am in a contract with another company and tried calling them back, but no one answers.

Phone Number Report: I've got the same rude man on the phone: same number, caller ID = IRVINE, presented himself as a General Electric employee, knew who my alarm provider was, knew _exactly_ my monthly fee, and offered services of a competing home alarm company for a lower rate. Talking A LOT, he was pushing very hard to accept the offer, even sending his "technician" in an "officially marked truck" to "rewire" my home alarm. I said "no way", firmly, and he abruptly hang up. Definitely, some kind of criminal activity here.
