Phone Number Report: This is the 4th year Jackson Hewitt has called to wish my deceased sister Happy Birthday, this year adding that they had just completed her tax return. Pretty amazine feat since she died in 2008, has never lived in my state, and never went to the local JH office where I as executrix had her return prepared. Obviously, my complaint after the first year they called has gone unheeded. This time I shall call their corporate office. Very unsettling!
