Phone Number Report: this person calls and states they are from the North Carolina BF department and has a very heavy indian accent. He asks if you know what this call is about and then rambles on about stuff. He even states you are facing charges and threatens to call your place of employment. he called my employer several times in a row and now my employer has blocked his number. He is very rude and crude in his mannerism. His english is very broken and phrases get switched around. There is noise in the background like it is a office, but the same conversation is going on with others talking in the background. It sounds like they are reading from a script.
