Phone Number Report: Left a message on my cell phone stating that the matter is time sensitive. When I called back he was not available and it was an attorney's office. Funny, that's not what they answered the phone saying. This is the second "attempt to collect" call I've received in two weeks on a loan I never had. Be aware that if they ask you to send payment via WESTERN UNION, it's a SCAM!

Phone Number Report: First got calls from a so called attorney in CA now getting calls from 'Dept. Of Crime Invest. in NY'. Asked for info in writing. This is a scam by getting info. from payday loan companies. Even if you owe a debt noone can arrest you, read the law. Please report to the FTC and police.

Phone Number Report: He keeps calling my work and my cell number leaving messages. He called and left a message claiming he was from the dept of Crime and Justice, and that there was a criminal case filed against me and that I need to call back on his direct line in order to get my criminal case reference number I called back and then was given a Gary Jones claiming he was an attorney and that I owed over 4000.00 from some payday loan company which I never received money from...it just want on and on about it..then got really frustrated and start being demanding that I send mony now through a money gram or I will be going to prison and won't be able to work in the state I am from...

Phone Number Report: he called and left a message. I calked back and he said he was with the department of financial fraud in new York state. He said his name is Gary jones and has a thick Indian accent. He had some of my information and said I would go to jail if I didn't pay $300. I asked for his supervisor, address, date of alleged fraud, written paperwork etc. And he had no answers. I told him it was a scam and he began laughing sarcastically and I told him stop laughing because if it's that serious there is nothing funny. Then he began yelling at me and said I was frustrating him.

Phone Number Report: he keeps calling my job and when i called he claims he's from the department of crime and justice and that i owe money blah,blah,blah...when i asked for info on the method of payment they made he kept beating around the bush..when i said i was go to file fraud charges on him he hung up the phone

Phone Number Report: This person had a foreign accent, and advised me he was from the Department of Criminal Justice and that there was an investigation with my S/S last four and my zip code. He told me in order to avoid further investigation by the government I was to call him and he would help me. He also named a person who supposedly is an acquaintance of min, whom I never heard of and also a member of my family, but did not give their name. The name he gave was Lori Hobart as my acquaintance and I do not and have not ever known a person by this name. He also gave an email address, which is not mine. This is the second day in a row this call has come to my phone and something must be done for myself and the others who are suffering the same illegal behavior.

Phone Number Report: I got a phone call stating he was from some crime office. I could barely even unsderstand what he sad. He was telling me that I owe 350 from a debit card I got as a loan which I've never had. He says I processed this way in march and repeated my brand new address I just moved to in JULY and said that's the address I applied to. He also said I was working at my job when I applied in march when I didn't even start working there until April! He also was giving me all these court fees blah blah. Well I called my bank and had all my information changed :) these guys really need to be looked at

Phone Number Report: someone with a thick indian acent keeps calling from this number don't leave any messages then when i do answer the phone they ask for me then they say that i supposedly owe them money for a paydayloan that I have never recived they say that they are going to sew me and have me arrested. earlier today they called my job my co-worker picked up while I was at work and says i stepped away can I take a message the idiot gives her this number and says his name is james brown and to call his manager alex johnson , david johnson mike foster are you kidding me that sounds to fishy to me they call from crazy random numbers they need to be looked at because that sounds crazy there is no indian or arab with black names thats bogus sorry.

Phone Number Report: someone with a thick indian acent keeps calling from this number they ask for me when I speak to them they say that i supposedly owe them $4000 loan that I tried to take from a bank that belongs to my debit card they know all my personal information I have never recived the money they say that they are going to sew me and have me arrested. and that I will never be able to work ro several years I have a 5 yr old and a 2 yr old what am I going to do they need to be looked at because someone else has also complained about this number s a scam just to try and get money from anybody.
