Phone Number Report: received random text from this number to two of our cell phones. Replied STOP to the one and was still charged $9.99, the other was ignored and they began charging $9.99/month for some celebrity gossip texts. T-Mobile told me I would have to contract the co directly for refund of charges. When I called, was told they would mail a refund check if I gave my name and address but would not be able to credit back through my phone bill. I believe this is unlawful for a third party to be able to initiate charges to an account without authorization and then say they don't have authorization to credit them back!

Phone Number Report: These people not only texted me on my cell phone; but proceeded to charge me $9.99 for three months in a row. I called numerous times to try to get my money back, but they only give me the run-around - promising that the refund is 'in process' or that some Back Office Manager will call me back; but they never do. I'm trying to find out how to get my money back from T-Mobile, since they are my cell phone carrier. If you ever get a text from them, be sure to check your cell phone bill and be sure you're not being billed for some 'premium service' you did not order!!!

Phone Number Report: DONT REPLY, CONTACT YOUR CELL PROVIDER. Unsolicited and unwelcome text message teases a mindless trivia question, then reads "For HELP call 18888906150." This may be the same deceptive scum who charged my cell phone $9.99/mo 3 months before I caught it. That was someone dba "ChlkbrdQuizClub" and "mqube.com" and "Bune LLC".
