Phone Number Report: caller id showed unknown and then the message was calling about personal business....I dont answer unk numbers and if you dont tell me who you are when you leave a message then I am not calling you back

Well, if it was 'personal' wouldn't they know my name or somehow identify themselves?? I don't owe anyone anything. I suspect this is some type of scam and I refuse to call them...
