Phone Number Report: Called themselves 'Healthcare Solutions' when I asked for their name. They have sent our office multiple faxes for their insurance, despite my calling the remove us number. I finally called this number to speak to someone. Though they gave me that name, they would NOT give me a mailing address! Asked me why I wanted it and then hung up on me. I called back and found they must have tagged my number because it would click after a few rings and be disconnected. I called repeatedly and overall talked to 5 people. 3 hung up as soon as I asked for mailing address, 1 said she wouldn't hang up but did when I kept asking for mailing address, and the last who said he was a manager told me to 'hold my horses' when I was frustrated about being hung up on and not getting an address? Cigna, Aetna, BCBS, they are all willing to give address and mail you a packet of info. What is the big secret with this company? can you say FRAUD!!!

Phone Number Report: I receive FAXes from these folks every month or so. I usually throw them away, but last month I called 888 666-3418 (Allied Health) and spoke to a nice fellow (Chris) about low cost insurance. His suggestion was to go with the PPO 500 Healthy America Plan. I asked him to send or FAX me some written info so I could look it over. He said he would FAX info that day to me. Two weeks later, today, and I never received anything via FAX or USPS. Today I called and spoke to another nice fellow (Jeremiah) and told him I had not received any written documentation to look over to see if it was what I needed. He said they NEVER fax or mail out any written information until you enroll and that if I signed up today (give them my credit card number) that they promise to not charge my credit card the first $125 for 2 weeks. I asked again, when do I receive any written documetation about the Plan ? He said it would come when I gave my credit card info and sent the first $125. I hung up on him. I then called the 877 455-1002 number on the bottom of the last FAX they sent me on 8/28/09 for removal of my FAX number. I was treated to some foreign lady's recording with such a heavy accent I could not understand her....but I punched in my FAX number anyway to have them quit FAXing me. Any further FAXes and I will call the local police, State Police, and State Attorney General's office. We will see.
