Caller Type: Debt Collector
Phone Number Report: This company is calling representing themselves as CRS, located on the "east coast". They state they will not give out their address. They are demanding money from people, threatening to take them to court. They are stating they will send a receipt after processing the debt payment. The person at the office who is a supervisor then stated he is Chicago. He stated the debt resolver was driving him crazy and he was not going to give out any information and not to call back. However, they are extorting money from consumers and when informed about the fair debt collection act, they do not cooperate. They were asked to provide their name, their address, and the amount of the debt, and then a receipt when payment received. They refused to do this. They threatened to take the consumer to court.
