Phone Number Report: These people asked to speak with my supervisor and disclosed information to him about a pay day loan. I am getting an attorney involved because this is not okay. I work in 1st party collections and have done 3rd party, they give out way too much information as a 3rd party collections agency.

The lady who told me to call came up unavailable on my phone and did not tell me if she was from a law firm just said serving me for this and that and if I don't call they will serve me at home or my job. Phone Number Report: Payday loan debt collectors that use scare tactics. Called at work/home to serve papers for a lawsuit regarding "bad checks written in my name." Left a message with case number/phone number to stop the papers from being served. I contacted my attorney.
