Phone Number Report: This number has been calling my number for several months and I have told them repeatedly to take me off the do not call list. However, they have not and continue to call my number on a weekly basis. I ask for the name of the person I am speaking with and they hang up on me consistently. Something needs to be done about this as this is illegal. A representative by law is supposed to at least provide their first name. I also asked for the name of the company that was calling and they refused to provide that to me and hung up on me. I would appreciate a response asap at 201-706-0210 to file a formal complaint against this place and the people who work there.

Phone Number Report: Received 8 messages on answering machine when I returned home this evening. Tried to call back, immediately put on hold finally after 10 minutes, I hung up. The case number they referrred to is the same case number reported in a complaint below 0291990. Then it was reported in Feb of 2009. Who are these people?

The "circuit busy" when calling them back suggests that their call volume is so high, they have effectively launched a DDoS against themselves! Oh! The irony!

The recording states it has an important message for me. I called the number back and received an ALL Circuits are busy message. My name and phone number are listed on the national DO-NOT-CALL list. How do I get the calls to STOP?

Phone Number Report: Called for a Heather Daniels, and when asked what company they represented the representative was rude and stated she didn't have to give out that information and hung up in my face. I called back and another representative did give me there name.
