Phone Number Report: I have some outdated debt past the SOL and due to drop of credit repot. The new account holders as debts were sold are in a current feeding frenzy not only because of time limits but due to current economy! If you don't know who calls do not answer and some leave messages asking if you are you to listen and thus this legally acknowledges you are you. Don't listen out of idel curiosity but hand up promptly avoiding legal problems as much as one can.

Phone Number Report: Receive many calls from this number, recording pronouncing my name incorrectly. As someone else said, trying to collect on a debt *way* past statute of limitations. Annoying. Told them there is nothing they can do and to remove me from their call list. They still call.

Phone Number Report: Stellar Recovery Inc left a message about a debt, but when I called back no one answered. The only information I can find on the company is a slue of similar reports and complaints. I hope someone is doing something with this information to stop the obviously faulty phone calls.

Phone Number Report: They call 1 or 2 times a week. I have called them and told them they have the wrong number and they keep calling me looking for someone I do not know. The message is always computerized. I am going to start sending cease and disist notices through the mail and follow with legal action if they persist. I am tired of companies like this wasting my time and money.
