Phone Number Report: FYI, it appears, if you have had a loan through the US Dept of Education, they have transferred you loan to Sallie Mae. And in doing so, documentation has crossed each other and so your account looks deliquient. My first call with them wasn't pleasent and uninformative, however after waiting three days to clear my head, I spoke to a wonderful lady named Lisa. Once we established that US dept and Sallie's computers were not in sync, she removed the deliguent charge and said the phones call will end. Hope this helps a little.
