If this company is a part of, or gets home phone numbers from registering for the the PSAT, SAT, or ACT, maybe incessantly and publicly complaining to these companies about this would stop this...like warning parents to beware of signing up for helps when signing up for these tests!

Phone Number Report: Unfortunately, students' family contact information is released to these types of companies when your child takes the PSAT, etc. at school. Putting your number on the Do Not Call Registry will not keep them from calling you. There are many similar companies that promote accelerating your child's future PSAT/SAT/ACT scores, but there are ways to go about helping your child to get better test scores and most are free... Try taking away their cell phone, gaming systems, etc. and make them spend an extra hour each night studying! ...just my two cents!

Phone Number Report: This company has repeatedly called me despite the fact that I am on the "do not call" list. Twice they claimed that my son (9th grader) requested they call me. That's when I knew it was a scam (no way my son does that). So I proceeded to tell them they are still in violation of the do not call, which caused the telemarketer on the other end of the line to become quite belligerent with me. He started to call me out on not caring about my son's schooling. I already have 3 in college, so I don't need help from some crooked fly-by-night company. A little research on UPC is all it takes to see their true colors. I called back several times to not call me again. I'm sure they'll keep calling.

Phone Number Report: After reading the previous complaints, our experience was exactly the same-several calls in one day and when asked to be removed from the list they just hang up and call back the next day-called 4 times in one hour!!! Our number is also on the do not call list!!!

Most have the same complaints as the ones listed here. We have a teen son who will be a senior and checking out colleges. Not suprised that this is one of those opportunistic, parasitic, devious telemarketers.

Phone Number Report: The first time I received a call from this number a man asked for the Mom or Dad of my daughter. I told him I was her mother. He then told me that he was a school counselor and wanted to know if my daughter had received study materials for he upcoming SAT testing. Thinking he was a guidance counselor at my daughter's highschool, I told him "I don't know". He then says, "Okay, that's all I wanted to know so I can follow up with your daughter." and then said goodbye & hung up. I thought it was strange but didn't think too much of it. After all, he said he was a counselor at her school, so I thought he would be talking to her. A couple days later she said that her counselor never asked her about study materials. I should've been clued in when I realized he never gave me his name. A few days later my husband answered a call from this number and they proceeded to try to talk him into purchasing tutor software for the SAT and ACT. for $185 + shipping/handling. My husband asked for a website or phone number to call back and received both of these but the telemarketer said we would get a student discount if purchasing now and that it would be $300 if purchased online. I checked the BBB of San Diego, California and this company has a "D-" rating. On top of all this, our home phone number is on the national do not call registry. I also filed a complaint at the FTC National do not call registry website. You should do the same. The most disturbing thing is that they pretended to be someone that they weren't and pretended to know my child and work in her school. I'm mad as #@ll about that!

Phone Number Report: I have been getting calls from this organization almost everyday. The majority of the time there is no one on the line or they hang up. On a couple of occasions I have spoken with someone and told them that we are not interested. I have also told them to remove our number, we are on the do not call list but they continue to call. If you call the number, a machine answers stating you can leave a message but the mailbox is always full.
