I looked on caller id. She asked them to remove our number a month ago. It didn't work. It enrages me when I see that number. Don't know what to do. Feels like a scam

Over the past month or two, I have received a ridiculous amount of calls from this number and I'm sick of it. They just won't stop.

I am paying the bill monthly with autowithdrawal from the bank.they have tacked on so many monthly charges,for what,I don't know that it looks like i am over my limit every month.when you confront them about the charges they always have an excuse.it makes me so angry to try and have a conversation about this problem because the people that call can hardly speak English and they can just bearly understand you when you try to explain your position with your bill and how you are paying it. I AM SICK OF THIS ! they are the most unprofessional company i have ever dealt with!!!
