I said my name and the she says that i am on a list and the list thinks i want to go to college. i say i am 75 a bit too old and they hung up. 1st time that phone rang in months itS my emergency phone. then 1/2 hour later i get anotheR 877 call from different # UH OH what pandoras box did I open?? AHHHHHHHHH

Phone Number Report: Regarding the "877" number that called me 20 times on May 31st...I forgot to mention that I did not pick up the calls to see if anyone would answer...I was hesitant to do that because I was concerned that might trigger additional calls...but none of the calls left a message. I made a list of the exact times this number showed up on my cell phone as "missed call". Some were every 15 minutes. I seem to recall that these calls started right after I picked up a local area code call from 520-457-5016 on May 26th. There was a guy who answered the phone...I had said "hello" about 4 times before he picked up...probably had other calls in the que. He was selling something but I can't recall what it was...I just told him I was not interested. It didn't dawn on me that I would get bombarded with all the other calls or I would have made note of the details...he did at one point tell me that he was going to have lots of magazines sent to me "free of charge". I told him NO THANKS, then he proceeded to transfer the call to someone else...but no one else ever picked up...it just dropped the call and then I hung up. So 520-457-5016 was the local phone number that I picked up...where I think this may have all started.

Phone Number Report: I received 20 calls from this phone number...877-888-3424...on May 31st! I was on vacation visiting my children and grandchildren and it was extremely disruptive. I couldn't turn off my phone because I was concerned I would miss important calls from my family. Today I have RE-signed up for the DO NOT CALL list...I'm sure that I already signed up on that list a couple years ago but somehow this "877" number still got through. I also have received other calls from other numbers during the last 10-15 days, but not nearly as many as was received from this "877" number.

Phone Number Report: This number called me (my CELL phone) the entire holiday weekend. Woke me this morning with early calls, 4 calls in 3 hours. When I finally answered, it hung up. I've called back numerous times, but a female recording says it is customer service, it holds for a few seconds, then it hangs up. I'm on Do Not Call. Been trying to determine a way to call block, and just discerned how to give it a "special" ring tone... I chose mute. Hopefully will keep them from waking me up. These calls are my worst experience YET with spam on my cell phone!!!!!!

Phone Number Report: calling my daughter at college on a phone that loops to different numbers every 1/2 hr 24 hrs a day. they have been told to remove her number from their list but they ignore that and they have been told to never call again and they ignore that. she is on the national do not call list but they ignore that.
