Phone Number Report: This is a payday loan collection company. They called me and left a voicemail (which I still have) stating to call them regarding a pending lawsuit they have against me. I was warned to call them before they forward the paperwork to my county. Huh??? I couldn't believe they used this tactic. This is just a collection company. Google the number and you'll see where they have been trying to hire more collectors to work for their company.

Phone Number Report: This card servicer is crazy. Calls all day, every day from 8am to 8pm. Never leave a message, never anyone on the line when you do answer. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Comission for violation of the Federal Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). You can send a certified letter to Merrick Bank asking them that all communication needs to be in writing and to cease calling. Once you get the signed receipt card back, if they violate the request you can file a complaint with the FTC.
