The Supervisor says that they have a fee of $1,499.00 and they guarantee a savings of at least $2,500.00. they charge your account the $1449 before they get the interest rate lowered then once it's lowered they tell you they saved you x amount of dollars in additional to the 1449 which they get paid. the payment goes to a company called ACR Equity Group or ACR Group Services. They record a statement by you giving them authorization for the charge. Don't do it - they get their money and you get to pay their bill at your current interest rate!

Phone Number Report: The original call started with 877-212-3634 x238 a guy with a heavy accent named Robin who after verifying my credit card numbers and said he represents the three major credit card companies in lowering interest rates. He said his supervisor will be calling - she did, her name Lea Brown at the 877-521-2091 number. While I was on hold with her, I called the company from my cell phone and asked the guy who answered the address. He said they just recently moved and didn't know it but it was on Alama in Orlando Florida. I found this suspicious and googled the first number to find many phishing scam letters from others which happened the same way. Beware of callers - if you want your interest rate lowered call your own credit card company and they will check for you if they can - also if you gave any information call your credit card company and have your credit card numbers changed.
