Phone Number Report: Just received another call, dead air, but they used 952-358-5925, I put on auto dial and started calling, they would not answer, I finally called on 877-369-1985, they answered, I requested mailing address 3 or 4 times, the woman didn't want to give it to me, she finally did, I didn't bother to tell her Empi was being pursued by Medicare for reimbursement, I told them I was writing for information. In case anyone needs address: Pinnacle Fin 7825 Washington Avenue S, Suite 310, Minnneapolis, MN 55439. Since I don't have any of their "stuff", they have no reason to call.

Phone Number Report: Empi Med. Equip. turned over to Pinnacle for collection. They have the equipment, I don't. Medicare is now trying to collect from Empi since I returned the equipment. Pinnancle calls at least twice a day, normally computer generated calls but this morning "Paul" was in rare form, did not identify company or attempt to collect just started in on me. Since he woke me, I wasn't up to my normal self, however, I did ask for their address, which he refused to give. He started yelling when I told him I did not owe them and wasn't going to pay. He finally hung up on me since I kept requesting the address.

I may just add their number to my contacts and include *67 in front of their number in order to hide my identity. Then I will call them 50 times every single day just to annoy them :)

When I have picked up and answered in the beginning, all I got was a record message saying "all of our representatives are busy, please wait for the next available person." If someone is calling me they had better be there and not expect to me to wait around on them to answer.

Then they call again later, Sometimes several times a day.
