Phone Number Report: Started out as an automated voice telling me to hold on for an important message. The a female with a heavily accented voice asked for me with the wrong name claiming to be from Wachovia and claiming that my payment for a student loan is past due. I receive an email when my payment is due and another email when the payment is received by Wachovia.

Phone Number Report: Calls numerous times per week. I answered once and no one was there. Most times doesn't leave a message, but when it does it is an automated voice that just says to call back and it is "concerning an important business matter". They never say their company name, my account number, or any information that might help me identify who is actually calling me.

Phone Number Report: Last month my husband accidentally rounded down the amount of my student loan, rather than up & they called looking for their 49-cents. He told them it would be included on this month's payment. This morning (Sunday) at 8:58 a.m., Wachovia called to tell me now that there is a 3-cent late fee on that 49-cents...never mind my payment is sitting on someone's desk waiting to be cashed in an amount that they now owe me .99-cents. Don't they have people who actually didn't pay at all to call rather than people who simply owe them .52-cents?!

Phone Number Report: Only the number comes up on the caller-id, the name doesn't come up. When you try to call the number back it tells you that the number is not in service. Why can it be legal to broadcast caller-id information that is inaccurate.

Phone Number Report: Caller requested to verify personal information. Wanted to verify the relationship of the person answering the phone and requested personal information. On callback, number was disconnected. The caller had distinct foreign accent and call taker had difficulty understanding him.
