Phone Number Report: I didn't get a call, but got charged $14.95 monthly for two months before catching it. The bill gave this phone number. They were very nice about offering to remove the charges but my bank already took care of it and cancelled the card. Experian benefits immensely from this fraud. First, they get the $14.95 or so per month from those who don't notice. Second, there's the people who do notice and call them up to get their money back. What business is Experian in? They sell credit card protection services, exactly what you might be in the market for now. It seems extremely fishy to me.

They protected these people by giving me first name only with the initial for the last name. Look who gets protected!!! I am being issued a full refund.

Phone Number Report: No Call but charges to my credit card for $14.95 three times. My card company took care of it and issue a new card. Experian is the company. Herny L. is the person who used it but i don't know that person or how they got my info. I suspect Verotel since a used them for a transaction and the charges occurred exactly month of the date I used Verotel in January and I never used that card since. Notice charges when I was paying my bill online yesterday.

Phone Number Report: Not a phone call but a fraudulent charge from this number. I just looked at my bank account online and saw the two unauthorized charges one last week for $14.95 and then today for $19.95. I know I did not authorize these, so I googled to see what it might be when I found this site and see that it's happening to a lot of other people too. I'm going to call my bank in the morning, but this is ridiculous!

Phone Number Report: After doing some research, I learned that the phone number 877-300-2507 belongs to a subcontractor of Experian, FreeCreditScore.com, located in the Phillippines. I have two different credit accounts that have been fraudulently charged by this company, and I suspect that this company has taken my credit account information from Experian's database. This is an inside job, and it's a huge fraud problem.

Phone Number Report: I had $14.95 charged to my American Express card from Experian which I did not authorize. I called 877-300-2507 which was the number on my statement. The woman who answered stated that she would gladly credit my account if I provided her with my credit card number. I declined and then she asked for my SS# and then I knew it was a scam. I called the Amex telephone number on the back of my credit card and they reversed the charge and put a block on the vendor.

Phone Number Owner: FreeCreditScore.com
Phone Number Report: To get a live operator: It is unnerving to be asked for your credit card # by a company that is charging you incorrectly. I got around this by entering a four digit # for my "acct #." When my birthday did not match that acct number, I was forwarded to a live person. I did get a commitment for a refund for all of the fraudulent charges. According to the customer service rep (Carla in the Philippines), this number is for FreeCreditScore.com. They are owned by Experian.
