Phone Number Report: Calls 2 -3 times a day and never says who it is. Just that someone from my number needs to call them back.

Phone Number Report: 5th call from the same phone number over the last 3 weeks. Keeps calling my phone with a recorded message. Please note: even though I am answering the phone it is always a recorded call that doesn’t provide details as to what the problem is or who they are trying to reach. The recorded message indicates that I must call back immediately to resolve my issue in order to prevent further escalation. I have not called back. The most recent recorded call identified the caller as Metcaff or Metcalf. I am unsure of the spelling. He said that documentation has been mailed, and the issue must be resolved today. I never received anything in the mail. I don’t have issues. The caller id only brings up toll free number 877-295-9638. When I Google this phone number it appears others have been having trouble with the same caller for some time.
