Phone Number Report: This company keeps calling and never leaves a message. When I turned the tables and called them, I asked why they keep calling and never leave a message. The lady told me they work for many companies and they call until they get a person. I then asked if this was a telemarketing company and she would not answer the question. After repeating the question numerous times without her responding, I finally said, "Answer the question, it is a 'yes' or 'no' answer." She reluctantly said, "Yes". I told her I was on the ‘Do Not Call’ list and that I wanted them to remove me. She took my name and number and said she would forward it to the person who would remove me from the list. After this, I wanted her to tell me why they keep calling me and she said she could not tell me. I was outraged. They have been calling repeatedly and now she couldn’t tell me what they were calling about?!?! Unbelievable! I asked her repeatedly what was the name of this company and where were they located, as I would be filing a complaint. After going through the same thing again of repeating the question to her many times-she again reluctantly answered my question. “Customer Elation” and that they were based in Minnesota. (Customer Elation...more like Customer Frustration!!) She said she would ensure I was removed. Guess we shall see about that won’t we.
