Phone Number Report: This person would not tell me why she was calling, just that apparently a file had been turned over to them as correspondence of some type was not answered. This sounded like a scam, and she gave my wife a hard time re privacy rules. With some research, found it is a collection agency, and therefore must have the WRONG Harold Hammond on their file. I do not owe anyone anything, and resent the fact they are able to put a black mark on my record!!!!!1622
