Phone Number Report: I was going through caller ID and called this number back. I would like to know how the "gentleman" who answered knew who was calling him -- my caller ID is blocked. He said they were trying to reach my husband. I said he was away until Monday and then he went into his speel about my husband having paid $950 for a vacation package that was about to expire and the I could update this for him. When I refused he demanded that I call my husband now and get his ok to take care of this for him. He went on and on about losing the $950 vacation (which I was fairly certain my husband had never purchased) but anyway I told him I knew nothing about it and that I was not going to help him. The longer I refused to take care of this or to get my husband on "the other line" the ruder he got. He demanded to be put on hold and for me to call my husband immediately. He went so far as to call me stupid when I told him I didn't know how to do that..I hung up. He even had the last 4 digits of my husband's credit card. I called my husband who called the credit card company and there was no such purchase made for that amount. This guy was a real peace of work.

Had one lady tell me that because I had been rude by telling her to take me off the list and stop calling me and that she would continue to call. One guy would not take no for an answer and had some smart remark each time i told him no. I don't know who trains these people but they are about as courteous as the customer service of my last phone company. I read one website that says that if you tell them that you are going to take legal action, its supposed to help but I kind of doubt it, the last girl I talked to didn't seem like she cared

When I told him I don't buy things over the phone, he directed me to http://www.etoursandtravel.com/d99promo to see the offer in writizzzng. As soon as he gave me the name of the company, I ran a search for complaints on Google and found this site and many others. I didn't tell him what I'd found, just that I wasn't interested, ast which time he transferred me to a "supervisor" who told me "you got 15 days to look it over, will it be visa or mastercard?" I just hung up on him and came here to share what I know about this company.
