Phone Number Report: Automated voice asks for someone (not my name) to call their number; when I call to tell them to stop calling me I get put on hold; I try to leave a message, their mail box is full, I end up having to pay for erasing their message, as it's on my cell phone. This is extremely annoying and costing me a bundle as there doesn't seem to be any way of getting thru to them in person.
