I did vote one time through the service and received written confirmation in the mail a few days later. Do any of you who respond have Ivy Funds?

The perpetrators' m.o. is usually accompanied by e-mails that you must respond to. They tailor their calls to act like companies with which you may do business. They call every day and sometimes multiple times per day, hoping you will do as they ask, to silence the calls. Instead, report them to: www.donotcall.gov This will put their number in a database accessible by law enforcement. Also keep a record of the calls for yourself for future reference. Phone Number Report: I too began receiving almost daily calls from this number about the proxy vote upcoming. They left msgs for the person who had my phone number over 7 years ago. The only other calls I ever got for her were debt collectors. Finally I got sick of it and called them back. They wanted to verify me as the person they asked for. They then apologized and said I would get no more calls. Based on past calls for her and their attitude, I suspect it's a debt collector using a ruse to get a call back.

They said it was Ivy Funds and they need to talk to us about the "proxy information" that was sent back in November. They are trying to schedule a shareholders meeting. I don't do any business with them. I asked to be removed and they said they would. I'm not holding my breath.

Phone Number Report: They've been calling for a month or two now almost every day. Since they won't leave a message, I haven't been answering, but today I did. It was a woman who barely spoke English asking for my husband. I told her she had the wrong number (especially since she couldn't even pronounce my husband's name). Hope this stops these infernal calls, but I have a feeling they'll be calling again. Maybe it's time to file complaints!
