I found that my account, like you, has been taken 3 times for 30 dollars by 'itunes' but one of my friends through facebook saw my post and led me in the right direction. OSI - OFFICIAL SPORTS (soccer referees) has been hacked. they are one of what they said a few companies that have been hacked. my referee friends have had the same difficulties that i have. check out official sports statement on their website https://officialsports.com/ I would suggest to cancel and card linking the account that has been compromised. and to be in immediate contact with your bank or credit union to start the proper paperwork to get your money back!! I don't have and never had an iTunes account. My banking institution told me to try contacting Apple about this first to have them issue a credit refund for this fraudulent activity. But, from what I have found on-line, this number is not an iTunes number, and most folks calling it are given a run-a-around and never actually get in touch with Apple. It is hard to believe that after all the years (from these posts) this has been happening that nothing has been done by anyone about it. One would think a company as welll known and influential as Apple would get to the bottom of this and put a stop to it! The Federal Government can track down and do away with terorists and such, they too should be able to track this down and put an end to it. Very frustated in Ohio!
