I called the number back and aasked to be placed on their do not call list. I should not have to do that but I did. If they call me again I will file with the FTC and seek legal action.

I have loved ones who are ill, in college, out of country - this angers me because these calls interupt my night with additional concern.

Told them I wasn't who they were asking for and to give me details and their charitable organizations name and I would leave a message for the home owner. They hung up but continue to call.

Phone Number Report: The call I received was at 9:45 PM. It was a woman from the Breast Cancer something or other and she wanted to send me a pledge form. I agreed to that and when she wanted me to verify my name and address, I asked her to tell me what she had on file. She didn't give me any answer and said, "Well we'll just send it to the address we have here" and quickly ended the call. I'm 99% sure it was a scam, not to mention her calling at 9:45 PM!
