Phone Number Report: I do not who this is, they have called twice and when I answer there is no voice on the other end. About two years ago, when I was just out of college, I got into $6,000 in credit card debt, and was late more than once, but that has been cleared up for over a year and I do not even have a balance anymore becasue I pay it off every month. Is this a collection call or telemarketer? Please help!!
