Phone Number Report: Call early evening. I never answer, they never even speak or leave a message. Seems like the number is revolving. Wells Fargo may not be true. I do suspect some type telemarketer. Has anyone ever answered the phone and gotten a verifiable name and number? Is there anything we can do about these calls? Apparantly the "Do not call" registry does not work. I've had these calls for 3 years now, very routine in the evening and on weekends. Anoying; but harmless, I suppose. As I siad the number keeps revolving; but al;ways is listed on these type web sites with very similar complaints. We are all frustrated, that is why I ask if anyone knows what to do to stop this?

Phone Number Report: I can't stand Wells Fargo. They are so annoying. I remember about a year ago, one of their call centers in Nebraska was calling my phone 6 to 10 times a day for six months straight, even on Sundays. After a month of research I finally got an address and sent them a cease and desist letter certified mail. The calls finally stopped, but then I started getting calls from local branches telling me about "great deals" for "my" checking account. After yelling at several people, I finally just had to buy myself a caller id with number block. Here's the best part: I have never done business with Wells Fargo in my life. Never had a account with them, nor have I ever even set foot in a Wells Fargo bank. Never have I been so irritated with somebody I've never done business with. Ugh!
