To their credit DhawCasey, Duluth, Ga. did return credit, but I have no Idea how they ever found my card to charge to to begin with. The others are all charged without mt permission. Watch out for all theses web sites, they pretty well make money off our non knowledge of these sites. However, I never knew they were even out there until I received my Capital One Credit Card. I have spent many hours since researching them and I know I have never had any reason to have business dealing with these people. Watch your credit card charges. Phone Number Report: A woman named Alley called me to upgrade my memebership to EZincome/ Wealth 911. I did not even know what this company was. I might have opend an email or looked at a site by this name, but I do not remember. I do however remember that I did not sign up for any membership of any kind with this company. So, when this woman called to upgrade my membership I was taken back a little. I immediatly told her I did not sign up for anything so I did not want to upgrade and if I had a membership to cancel it immediatly and if I was charged for any fee of any kind I would be very angry. Today I got an email from my checking account stateing that I had a customer service email waiting for me. I went to my online statement to find out that I was over drawn due to three seprate charges on my account from wealth 911. One for 1.95, one for 9.95 and a pending amount of 39.99. I emailed my bank telling them I did not know who this was and the charges were fraudulent. I found a phone number for this so called wealth 911 and the same Alley answered the phone. I told her that I was being charged for something I didn't sign up for in the first place, that I had talked to her on another occasion asking her to cancel anything they had me signed up for and not to charge me for anyhing. And that now i'm being charged again, and I want all the money back that has been taken out of my account. She said she could only refund me the 9.95 so called montly fee for a memembership and that she would have to turn over my detailed report to there accounting department for cancelation and I would recieve a confermation email with in 48 hours of any reimbursments that I may recieve. I did record this phone call and If i'm charged again I will be contacting a lawyer. I do not wish to recieve phone calls, emails or anything from this company ever again. If anyone ever gets a phone call or email from ez income or wealth 911 do not answer...do not give them so much as your first name.

I did sign up for the dvd, which I received, and was then pestered for weeks with people calling me about it. When I finally talked through with one of the "representives" HE told ME that I wasn't the right person for the company. Wouldn't you think that would maybe get me off their little list? Apparently not. I'm calling my bank tomorrow to put a hold on the withdrawls so they don't take any more money from me. The website is also down, so there's no way to find other contact info to fix this.

Needless to say, I never got the DVD or info. when I got my credit card statement the other day, they had charged $39.90 to my card. I called they number, got a lady I couldn't understand-she had a foreign accent-who said I had signed up for the program and didn't call to cancel. I asked for info that I never received. Told her that I never received anything and wasn't told I had to cancel anything. I asked for a refund-said I didn't get one for not calling in time. I actually had cancelled online, but that didn't count because I didn't call! They have probably charged another month to my card, but I won't know until I get the next statement next month. I know now that I will never get my refund. There is nothing I can do, so it seems. I now know not to give out my numbers for info, as I am sick and tired and broke from being scammed by these people and others like them. Is there any way to stop this?

Called them and it's the same charge, different name.Called my credit card and they took it off and put in a dispute. It's been a full month and no additonal charges. They told me, these companies can go by 8 or 9 different names. They said to watch every month to see if the charge come up again. How can they allow this to happen?
