Phone Number Report: This guy is from a collection agency. Just call the State Attrorney General's Office and file a complaint and do the same with the Federal Trade Commission. If you are a private citizen, you can file a civil action with the local courthouse and get a retraining odred from the local District Attorneys's office. Save those messages though, they are great evidence. There are other resources you can use but you may want to consult your legal counsel.

I have no debt and you are trying to extort innocent people. Simply buying credit reports. I have reported this dude to so many different agencies it is not even funny.
