Phone Number Report: I had a charge of $49.95 taken from my account with no authorization! They told me it was for 12 magazines that I did NOT order. What I want to know is how did they get my account number? They also told me they would refund me for the charges. This was several months ago. I have yet to see any of my money!!

Phone Number Report: They took $49.95 out of my account that I never recall authorizing. When I called the first time I got voicemail. I called back the next day and a representative put me on hold for several minutes while he looked up the transaction. He could not find it under my name but did find one under my address and said it was for a magazine subscription. I have not purchased any magazines subscriptions for $49.95 so I told him the charge was not mine and he said he would reverse it. I was told to call back Friday to get more information on the transaction so I could file a police report to recoup the fees I incurred when my account became overdrawn from this unauthorized transaction. Twice I have called today and gotten voicemail

Phone Number Report: This company took $49.95 from my checking account without my authorization. When I finally got through to someone they had me hold forever while they looked up the transaction which was a magazine subscription I was told. I told them that was not my transaction so they promised to refund the money back to my account but as of three days later I still have not seen the funds back in my account and now I have overdraft charges to deal with.
