Caller Type: Telemarketer
Phone Number Report: When I dialed a company that I was trying to reach I was connected with a recording that stated something about a promotion, when someone came on the line, I asked if they were connected with the business I was calling. They said they were with the company I was calling but in the promotions department. They said there line was busy with calls so it transferred me to them. They asked for my name and address to send the gift cards they were offering. I asked if there was a catch, they said no, then they said you will have to pay shipping. At that point I said I was not interested and I asked him to delete my information. Then he hung up on me. I called the number again and this time I reached the business that I was trying to call and they said they do not have a relationship with any company like that. After our conversation, I realized that I had dialed one digit incorrectly. So I called back the telemarketing company to speak to a manager and they transferred me to a different guy who sounded like th eons I spoke with before. He denied everything that I was told earlier. I asked for their physical address and he became aggressive and told me to take a hike and he hung up on me. All of the people had an Indian accent. They said the company is Blue Fin and that they are in Pheonix Arizona. I believe everything they say is a lie, even the American names they gave. Please help! They have my name, telephone # and address!!
