Phone Number Report: I have received three calls from this number on my cell in the last week. The most recent was call occurred on Saturday afternoon. I'd like to know why telemarketers numbers are not public record. I can understand blocking a call back to such numbers, but the public has a right to know who is trying to contact them. These companies tell Congress and state legislatures they are a legitimate part of the economy and yet won't reveal themselves to consumers!
