Phone Number Report: every time they call it is late at night. when i say hello they hang up. when i call the number back it gives the name of the company and says that their offices are closed for the day.

Phone Number Report: this number keeps calling my 18 year old daughter on her cell phone claiming that she owes money and that the call is an attempt to collect a debt. When I try to call them back, I get someone who can't speak clear English and I can't understand. My daughter owes absolutely no money to anyone, her tuition is all paid and she doesn't have a credit card, so I know this has to be some kind of scam. What really gets me is they know her whole name and her address.
