At some point the message says that it is FMS calling. When I press 1 I am put on hold and then forwarded to an unknown person's voice mail. I'm on the Do not Call List.

Phone Number Report: FMS IN. COLLECTION AGENCY. 866-323-8203 They have been calling me for 2 weeks now several times a day. A recorded message comes on, says press #1, Someone wants to speak to you. If you don't, they just hang up. It turns out the number comes back to FMS Inc. which is a COLLECTION AGENCY. They were looking for someone who did not live at my phone number. My phone is on the "Do not call list". I called them back and told them not to call me anymore, but I'm still going to file a complaint with the FCC for the 2 weeks of several phone calls every day. I also recorded my phone call to them stating the call was being recorded and telling them not to call me anymore. SO NOW YOU KNOW WHO THEY ARE
