Phone Number Report: same voice every time, "....has escalated and is in my office. We have made the attempt to correspond and your responsiveness will effect how we will deal with this. We suggest you return the call within 48 hours..." I've returned their all 4 times, but I've never received a human operator. I've left 4 messages of ways they can reach me (by regular mail, fax, email, telephone). Global Credit is used by both TD Bank and RBC for outstanding debts. Fine, but they've accepted a credit counselling proposal, and are still calling regarding this debt. I've left messages stating this fact as well. No luck. This is at the end of the debt program I might add. there is only a couple hundred left owing. They are beyond frustrating, and absolutely not well managed. I would deal with this, if I could actually talk to a human being! ridiculous!
