They claim they can't remove my office number because they use an autodialer, which is a crock because they have to program the numbers into it in the first place.

They wont give me any info: They're legally obligated to no disclose info of debt to anyone other than debtor or spouse They call so much: They will call you to the legal limits of what they can. That means 3 contacts per week (you have to idetify yourself in the call). Answering machines and hangups dont count. But the bill is unfair: Claim a dispute. get there address send them a dispute notice. This buys you thirty days to dispute the debt with the orginal client. they say hello on my answering machine and then hang up: they're on a automatic dialer. They got on the line during the mesage and don't know it's a answering machine.

Some lady named RACHEL called and asked to call her back. Phone Number Report: ok they are persistent and annoying, but in explanation, they don't work for one company. They are a agency contracted by the big companies which have merged (Nextel/Sprint) (Cingular/ATT) etc...and others. anytime you apply for credit or anything as such, it updates your credit file, i.e. listing new phone numbers, addresses, email addresses. All they know is it at somepoint you had an outstanding balance. They are just trying to keep profits up. Easiest way to get them to stop calling is make a credit app...or update you info with the credit bureaus with a new number, for work or home, and their system will start trying to call the most recently updated number.
