Phone Number Report: This is the 9th call I have received from this company. I set up an auto payment on May 5th for this account and the girl did not tell me the full amount. So I called back each day and they told me it would take 24 hours to come out of the system. Well today I called and asked why we were still getting calls they told me they didn't give me the correct amount so I authorized another auto pmt this moring at around 10:00. They just called me again and asked for the same thing. This is total harrassment from Capital One. It is a wonder people don't sue them for this.

I don't have a Capitol One account. Told the agent would give my number to her supervisor and it might take 72 hours for my number to be removed from their list.
