Phone Number Report: caller delayed talking, then was very difficult to hear, then even after I told him I was in the middle of some things, he began a lengthy speech which I could not totally hear, at which point I interrupted him to suggest that he move on to his next call, at which point he said "You are so rude, ma'am" and hung up on me. I'm not sure why he thought I was rude, considering that he was the one who barged into my day for his own selfish purpose, as far as I can tell. I just read some of the other comments, and I'm wondering if this current unpleasant experience is connected to the multitude of calls I receive from a number which is all zeros, and the amount I hear if and when I answer these calls is also zero.
