Phone Number Report: The same number has called me and My father. This person must have a phone that belongs to my ex-boyfriend who is in jail.

Phone Number Report: This person has called my home phone 3 times. The first time the person did not speak, the second time he rambled all this garbage and the third time I didn't answer the phone. All three calls were collect calls which I did not accept. I tried researcher the number to see if it's from a local prison. I hope he stops calling. If not, I will pursue this with authorities.
