Any REPUTABLE person or business would leave a message. Wells Fargo has a similar # for their credit card soliciting morons but I haven't had an account there for months. The guy just laughed and said I was basically talking to a wall and they would call as many times as they wanted. When I hung up he called again and again...acting like he never spoke to me the 2 seconds ago. I finally stopped answering my phone. Today I filed a complaint with the do not call registry and the FTC...Hopefully something will come of it.

I usually do not answer it, but one time my son did and the party's 'conversation' was leading me to believe they were headed to trying to sell some manner of solar stuff. Repeated 'no thank you' was not listened to and I finally just hung up. They never leave a message.

"Stop Calling" But again today they called and caller ID recorded the same number as before. Next time I'll answer, say hold on a sec, and put the phone down -- they hate that -- they must show they made many calls a day. Either that or bring out the shrill whistle -- make a game of it

Phone Number Report: When I pick up, dead air and then prerecorded "goodbye" and hangup. When I don't pick up, the caller doesn't leave a message. WTH? I know some systems are programmed to only leave messages, and will hang up if the line is picked up by a live person, but this caller leaves no mssg....doesn't make sense. Seems a little more sinister than simple telemarketing. Two calls this morning before 8:30.
