Phone Number Report: We receive several calls a week from this number on a land line phone. Sometimes we answer -- female voice, male voice, silence -- doesn't matter, still no reply or indication of why the call is coming or how to make them stop. After reading the reports on Who's calling website, it almost seems that there is no way to make it stop. HELP!!!
