Phone Number Report: I received a call from this man telling me my husband was attempting a fraud and started yelling and screaming at me. He threatened me with a freeze on my husbands drivers license. arrest, freezing all our accounts and I dont know what all.He said he was taking us to court and much else. I have a bad heart and his threats caused me to have a heart episode. He said my husband cant hide and he would call his job,have him arrested and that we owe him money he said we borrowed on a pay day loan. We did no such thing and I even checked with our bank and no such moneys were ever accredited to our account.He said we were to send 400 and then said 1500. He scared me to death and I am still shook. I think he and all these pay day loans are fraudulent. I mistakeingly was searching sights concerning them and have been hounded with calls ever sense.I am just learning the computer and I didnt realize this kind of thing went on.I am the wife of Kenneth who is a 60 year old man and I am 57 with coronary artery disease and other health related issues.I am still shaking and this was 20 minutes ago.

Phone Number Report: This guy called my job 3/13/09. Lucky I have a cool manager but Im sure the notes is in my file. He told my boss the cops was going to pick me up on Monday at my office. First of all, cops dont Warn you will there going to pick you up. I called all surrounding police stations. They called him and I havent got a call back since..LOL he is a fraud. Crazy part is I dont do pay day loans.. And Im very easy to find. Contact your local police station when this guy calls.

Phone Number Report: He said that I owe money to Cashnet I told him that I have hard copy of proof that I do not owe Cashnet and I ask him to provide me with the fax number so that I could fax him the information and he told me that I must answer to the courts and hung up on me. He did not give me a fax number so that the issue could be resolved. He just demanded payment of $470.00 or the police will come and get me at my house. I called back and asked again for a fax number and he hung upon me again and said the courts is going to get me.

I contacted my attorney and I recommend everyone else to do so and if you do not have an attorney contact any attorney or legal office that handles consumer/collection rights. Phone Number Report: I received a phone call today at my job from Shane with several threats regarding a loan. Became very aggitated when i began to ask him questions. I asked for the address and number where i can return the call. I placed him on hold and called them the number...low and behold same person. I asked him if he was a collection agency and he paused. He said"no", i said "can i record you stating you are not a collection agency?" he hesitated and said "yes" I said "yes your a collection agency?" and then he said "no". He was very angry that i was asking him questions, regarding the law firm? I am sure lawyers have some form of id....he was getting rather angry. Obviously i was speaking to the same person. I hung up went back to the line and he was not on the line, he was waiting for me to return. He got back on the line and started yelling, "are you playing with me, you think your smarter than me?" i said, i am asking you once again, are you a collection agency ?" he hung up on me. Does anyone know if this is legal? What can we do to stop this? He also had an indian accent.

Phone Number Report: After about a week, I was waiting for him to call because I wouldn't call him back. So he finally blew our phone lines just about 5 minutes ago. First he called and I knew it was him so I hung up on him. Then that started a firestorm. He kept calling back every 5 seconds and just cussing...calling us MFer's and just crazy stuff. He kept calling and calling and calling and each time I would pick it up and hang it right back up. After about 10 minutes of this, he finally stopped. But, I still don't think this is over. Not by a long shot. If anyone has any info. on what we can do, it is much appreciated.

Phone Number Report: This same guy, "Shane Watson", I had 3 short phone calls with the guy. Each one was progressively crazier and crazier until I knew that something was just not right. He had loads of my personal information (which is very scary), so at first he seemed credible, however, the call kept dropping or I was being hung up on at random. Each time I was hung up on was when I asked a question, as if to say that instead of answering me he hung up. I am very glad you all posted your experiences here. I was legitimately upset until I looked into it like any rational person would. I will not pay anything without knowing what it was about, and this guy doesn't tell you anything. It is crazy. The scare tactics ARE ILLEGAL. The threat of sending police to your job, sending a criminal case to your state court, legal consequences, etc... it is all crazy. I am still looking into who this guy is and who he works for. If I find out, it will be trouble for him. If he isn't in this country, lucky for him, because otherwise he would be jailed.

Phone Number Report: I got a phone call from a guy with a heavy indian accent about a month and a half ago telling me I owed for a PAYDAY LOAN I took out in 2006. He said his name is SHANE WATSON. Just like you, he scared me with his first phone call. But, I, like a dummy wanted to get this matter taken care of, and started sending money via WESTERN UNION to a person named ANITA NAGENGAST in INDIO, CA. He also said I had committed check fraud and would suffer legal consequences. So, I finally and stupidly obviously after reading your blogs, made my last payment, he supposedly varified the funds and now he's saying I gave him the wrong MTC # and I'm playing games. He called me at work today and we got into a yelling match on the phone saying I was playing games. I still haven't received any paperwork from this guy. I wish I would've researched this lady's name before I sent him any money. I feel soooooo stupid and frustrated. The phone# he's calling from is 818-495-2412 in Pasadena, CA

Apparently he thinks that some of us were born yesterday. He called here asking for an employee. He claimed that this employee had comitted computer fraud and that he wanted to speak to his supervisor. This is the second time that we have rec'd a call as such (I believe from this same CLOWN) saying that an employee has comitted internet fraud. The first time he swore at me, told me that they would come to shut our doors, and that this story would be on the front pages of the newspaper. He then proceeded to tell me that I was a vert _ucking stupid woman, as I continued to quiz him about this call. Talk about STUPID. Don't know who this JERK is but hopefully he is caught soon.

The guy hung up on me and refused to tell me anything. also the guy called a reference and told them that they would be arrested and going to jail on Monday. The call was a scam it was through intellsource, and routed to India to avoid any consequences with not following the laws of dedt collection. If with somebody could give me advice on how to get rid of these people, and get them out of business for good, that would help. Any number that starts with a o, is source through intell, and routed to other countries I am open to any advice to get rid of those people would be great.
