Phone Number Report: Calls many times a day, always asks for someone unknown to me,I want this stopped now!!!!!!!

Phone Number Report: Called at 3:17 & 8:17 same day, no message. They are some kind of online degree program. I'm on the do not call registry but they try to get around that by saying they are responding to YOUR request to go back to school.

Phone Number Report: calling my daughter in college every 1/2 hour 24 hrs a day. they have been told to take her number off their list and never call again but they have ignored it and continue to call. she is on the national do not call list and this is also being ignored.
