Phone Number Report: It's a scam - call from "Kelly" on my voice mail about lowering my interest rates. I don't have any credit cards (or debt outside my bank) and this phone number has been listed on CraigsList so they probably picked it up from there. Said to call 800-978-4586 - yeah right, like I am going to call them for something that doesn't apply and it's obviously a scam. It's now on my state's "no-call-list".
